The house dates back more than 200 years and was totally refurbished in 2015 by one of the most renowned architects on the island. The house is located on a hill, giving it stupendous views over the surrounding countryside. It has Internet connection and air conditioning.
This is a two-storey property. On the ground floor we find a substantial and attractive living room in which the antique feed troughs from the stables have been preserved. There is a large television and sofa. Next to the living room is a spacious kitchen with an attractive fireplace and a dining table which seats 10 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and comprises a gas cooker, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and other utensils and kitchenware. Also on the ground floor is a large double bedroom with a King size bed and a bathroom with shower.
An attractive staircase leads to the first floor, where we find the other two double bedrooms, both with twin beds and offering lovely views. There is also a further bathroom with shower on this floor.
The house is decorated in a minimalist and very tasteful style and offers a very relaxed and pleasant ambience for guests.
We access the external area to the rear via the main door from the kitchen. This comprises a covered terrace with a table and chairs next to a barbecue so you can prepare and enjoy your meals outside with the lovely views.
In front there is a large area where several vehicles can be parked within the perimeter of the property. From this area pretty stone steps take us up to the lovely pool with waterfall, 18 metres high. Next to the swimming pool are six comfortable hammocks where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular views.
This is without doubt a very special house where you can enjoy a peaceful holiday in the heart of Majorca.
