Summary: Having an apartment overlooking a canal in Venice says it all but we feel we should add a few more positives. The neighborhood is Venetian and real, only a hop, skip, or jump from the popular tourist areas. The apartment has lots of windows as it’s a corner unit. We rarely use the heat, but it was a nice, efficient option as we were there during a very rainy time. The bathroom had a great shower and plenty of amenities. The kitchen had everything you need The bed was big and comfortable and the chairs in the living room/dining room were a bonus The welcome basket of goodies was very appreciated as well. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay in Venice at this apartment. Our only recommendation would be for more lighting in all of the room, especially the bathroom . A very simple fix.
