Enter through the private back entrance and walk up one flight of stairs and you are in the open living room, dining area, and kitchen. In the living room you will find plenty of comfortable seating, with two couches, and a Smart TV. The large dining table is the perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal or to spread out and work from home. The spacious kitchen features a large island with seating for two, gorgeous marble countertops, and plenty of cabinet space. There are also two small workspaces- one in the kitchen, and one outside of the first bedroom. You will love the people watching from the private balcony overlooking King Street!
Each of the two bedrooms are comfortable and spacious featuring loads of natural light and luxurious beds outfitted with hotel-quality linens. The first bedroom has a King size bed, and the second a California King size bed, ensuring optimal comfort for all! Each bedroom also has plenty of closet space. The second bedroom has an en suite bathroom for your convenience and privacy. The other bathroom is accessible from the hallway or the bedroom. This configuration is perfect for two couples traveling together who each want a private bathroom. There is also a full size washer dryer!
Located just steps from some of Charleston's most popular restaurants, Maison, Leon's, Melfi's, and Little Jacks, this apartment is perfect for someone who wants to explore Charleston's vibrant culinary scene! You are also just about one mile to Marion Square, a popular destination which hosts the Charleston Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings. You will enjoy strolling down King Street past the many shops, restaurants, spa's, coffee shops, etc! There is also a gym located just a few blocks away.
Parking for two cars, stacked is provided in the driveway. Dogs can be negotiated on a case by case basis with a $250 per pet fee.

Other things to note-
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated.
Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
