Negative: Even though I was in contact with Alessandro before reserving the flat, he failed to inform me that the adjacent property (also under his management) was undergoing refurbishment. As a result, I had to cancel client virtual meetings on two consecutive days due to the construction noise. I find this omission a sign of poor faith. Regardless of whether the building allows such work during business hours, I should have been informed in advance. The inconvenience caused was not even acknowledged. Additionally, two lower cupboards—one of them under the sink—had a strong unpleasant smell and were not properly cleaned. I shared this feedback, but received no response. Very disappointing.
