The Space:
Welcome to our beautiful recycled house in Palermo Hollywood. This property is divided into two units on different levels, each with its own kitchen and patio, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.
In total, the house can accommodate 14 guests comfortably. They have 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a toilet for your convenience. In addition, it has air conditioning and a built-in laundry room to make you feel at home.
The two beautiful terraces are the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Buenos Aires sun. The kitchens are fully equipped so you can cook delicious meals and feel right at home.
Our property has high speed internet so you can stay connected during your stay. There are 4 additional sofa beds for additional guests, if required.
Security is a priority for us, so we have installed a security camera at the entrance of the property. Please note that access is by stairs.

We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure.
