Apartment in villa of 70 sqm all on the ground floor, bright and nice, composed of bedroom, living room, large kitchen, full bathroom with shower. Pergola with table and chairs for breakfast and lunches. Direct access to a large garden of more than 1,000 square meters shared with the owners alone and equipped with a swimming pool (depth 1.30 m with access steps), sunbeds and deck chairs, relaxation area with armchair and sofa. The pool is open from mid-May to mid-September. You can access the laundry room equipped with a washing machine (for a fee) and an iron. Free outdoor parking.
In the garden there is our golden retriever dog named Onda, sweet and playful, always happy to see guests. The apartment is equipped with a treadmill for those who want to do some sports.
Ideal location to visit Florence and Tuscany or to spend hours relaxing in the large garden, by the pool or having breakfast and lunch outdoors. In the garden there are some olive trees and at the beginning of November there is the possibility of witnessing the collection and production of oil in an artisan mill; the same evening we have a small party in the garden to taste the new oil.
In the immediate vicinity there are some of the most beautiful and famous historical Medici villas to visit: Villa Reale di Castello, Villa Petraia, Villa Corsini and Villa Solaria. Within 10 minutes walk there are bars, pastry shops, shops, hairdressers, supermarket. Despite being in the city, the area is very quiet and green, suitable for pleasant walks in the surrounding hills.
Within a 10 minute walk there is an urban train station; from there, you reach the central station in just 10 minutes by train. The center of Florence can also be easily reached by bicycle, car and bus (the stop is just 5 minutes away on foot). The airport and the motorway are 10 minutes away by car.
We live upstairs and personally welcome our guests, we check-in and check-out and give assistance, suggestions and advice for tourism. We speak Italian, English, French and Spanish.
