Positive: Localization.

Negative: It wasn't clean. The entire apartment needs renovation. The internet is non existent. 300kbps is a bit of a mess, and I wouldn't list it as free Wi-Fi in the offer because it simply isn't there. You can't load websites, let alone watch anything. On the plus side, the apartment has a mini-kitchen, but it's dirty, neglected, and doesn't encourage cooking. The bathroom is in the hallway, and in cold temperatures, you have to walk through a freezing hallway. The bathroom also needs renovation and refreshing; water leaks behind the shower tray, forming a puddle... For this price, you can find much higher standards and quality in Raunheim. The entrance to the building has a damaged door, and anyone could walk in, for example, while showering... This place is a complete disaster in today's world.
