Our Foothills Beachside Escape is an adorable 60/70s architectural red brick 2 bedroom cottage. Freshly renovated but leaving all the key parts to retain its personality. We have a fully equipped modern kitchen for those who love to cook and an outdoor setting, barbeque etc nestled into a private yet open garden. The property is fully fenced and we have started a herb garden for the cooks, please use it, it's there for everyone.

Each of the bedrooms has a modern ensuite ensuring plenty of privacy, one with a tub to soak in. Fast internet access, Netflix and digital radio are also provided.

The house is just one street back from the beach (Pt Nepean Rd) and shops and yet we also have a wonderful backdrop view of Arthurs Seat. A short drive to explore wineries in one direction and then Sorrento/Portsea in the other.

Foothills Beachside Escape is only 300m to beautiful McCrae beach with iconic boatsheds and light house. A very easy walk to truly excellent cafes, restaurants and bars. Likewise the nearby food and liquor stores are very convenient.

You have complete and private access to the entire house and everything in it.

Summary: This unique property is immaculate and centrally located to all the peninsula has to offer. A great space with a private outdoor garden. The house is really well appointed and ideal for walking to the beach, restaurants and shops. Check-in and check-out was very simple and ensured we had everything we needed.
