Our kitchen, is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a culinary masterpiece, including stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. And with seating for 4 at the dining table, there's plenty of room to enjoy your meals together.
When it's time to rest, you'll find two inviting bedrooms to choose from. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed with a full en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed. Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated and offer ample storage space for your belongings.
In addition to the bedrooms, you'll also appreciate the convenience of having two full bathrooms at your disposal. This will make getting ready in the morning a breeze. Both bathrooms feature a convenient tub/shower combo with large vanities, offering flexibility for everyone's preferences. There is plenty of shampoo and body wash for our guests to use as well as a hair dryer for added convenience. There are also plenty of towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for your stay.
Need to do some laundry during your stay? No problem, as our laundry room is complete with a Speed Queen washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board. No matter what the occasion, you will head out in style!
After a long day, step outside to the rocked and turfed backyard and patio area, where you can soak up the Texas sunshine or enjoy time with friends and family. And with parking available in the driveway for two vehicles, plus additional parking in a lot across the street, you'll never have to worry about finding a spot for your car.

Parties and events are strictly prohibited at this property. If there is any violation to this policy, a fee of $500 will be charged immediately.
This property is NOT pet friendly so please plan of leaving your furry friends at home. There will not be any exceptions to this policy and a fee of $250 will be automatically applied if you are caught in violation of this. If you have a service animal, proof of registration is required BEFORE you book.
We supply freshly laundered linens, bedding, and towels for all of our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, and hand soap for a short stay. Long-term stays will need to replenish latter items at their own expense.
Although often there will be a variety of condiments, such as coffee, etc we cannot guarantee what will be available.

This property is located in the Arnett Benson subdivision in north Lubbock. Clovis Highway and Loop 289 are very close by. Close to grocery stores, shopping, and dining. Texas Tech, UMC and Covenant are just minutes away from the property.
Getting Around:
Lubbock is a large city in terms of land size, so a vehicle is recommended for your stay. If you don't have a vehicle, you can get away with using either Uber or Lyft rideshare services.

Parties are strictly prohibited and any violation of this rule will result in an immediate $500 fee.
This property is not pet friendly so please plan on making other arrangements for your pets. There will not be any exceptions made to this rule and any violations will be charged an immediate $250 fee. Service animals will be required to show proof of registration BEFORE booking.
There is a security camera in the front of the house attached to a light fixture overlooking the driveway and entry. This records with motion.
Check-in information, including the keypad code, will be sent before your check-in date. We require 24 notice for early check out alterations.
House Rules:
- No pets!
- No house parties. Unauthorized parties will result in an immediate $500 fine plus damages.
- No smoking inside the property.
- No excessive volume that would disturb the neighbors.
- Clean up after yourself. This includes all dishes and food items.
- If you break something, message us and let us know immediately.
Interaction with Guests:
Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay, please message us and we will be happy to assist.
