All communication must be done through Airbnb messaging. We are several people in charge of messages with you guests and we need to use the same channel to keep track of your reservation and be able to serve you efficiently.

We include 10 KW per night during your stay. In case to go over we charge $8 MXN per extra KW. We take a picture of the meter on your check in and on the check-out to verify the consumption, you have access to the meters anytime.
Note: Please keep in mind that the property is located on Kukulcán Avenue, one of the busiest streets in Tulum. As a result, some noise from passing vehicles may be heard.
