Welcome to Seaside Six, a charming 4-bedroom home located in one of Bethany's best hidden gems, the community of Country Village. With this home, it's all about LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Not only are the community amenities just across the street, but you're just 3 miles from Bethany Beach, 5 miles from Fenwick Island, and 10 miles to Rehoboth and Ocean City. Why limit yourself to one beach for your vacation when there are 4 right around the corner!
This spacious single family home features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, comfortably accommodating up to 10 people. There is a full kitchen, a first floor ensuite primary bedroom, a loft setup as a 5th sleeping area, a laundry room with a full-size washer & dryer, a sun room with a foosball table, and an oversized backyard with a rear patio and a hot tub.

Many of our rental properties do not have cable packages, but they are equipped with HDMI ports for plug-in streaming devices (such as Amazon FireSticks or Roku sticks). While some TVs have built-in streaming services that do not require a plug-in device, we cannot guarantee this feature on all televisions and therefore we recommend if streaming content is important to you, that you bring your own streaming devices/sticks to be safe.

Country Village is located only 3 miles from Bethany Beach and features all the excitement of the larger communities - but without the extra fees to use them! You'll enjoy an outdoor pool, tennis courts, grass volleyball court, covered pavilion, playground, and more.

After long days at the beach or the boards, you'll love coming home to a community so quiet, you can hear the crickets chirping at night. No loud crowds, no noisy highways - just you and your loved ones, and your friendly neighbors!

MISCELLANEOUS
Win-Le Vacation Rentals provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; 10 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths; and 2 bathmats. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Win-Le also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (2) reusable/disposable dish cloths, (3) dishwasher pods, (3) laundry pods, (2) 2-in-1 travel size shampoo/conditioners, (2) mini bar soaps, (2) 13gal kitchen trash bags, (4) 4gal bathroom/wastebasket trash bags, (2) tubes travel size toothpaste, (2) travel size hand lotions, and (2) travel size hand sanitizers. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.
Win-Le Vacation Rentals does not charge guests for housekeeping. The owner of your rental property pays to have it cleaned before and after your arrival. Prompt departure at the end of your stay is vital in the scheduling of these cleanings.
The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
Occupants must utilize all available private parking (garage, driveway) before using any available street parking.
No pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.
Check-in is 3PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from Win-Le Vacation Rentals is considered unlawful trespassing. We do not offer the ability to pay for early check-in or late check-out. Win-Le Vacation Rentals will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.
