The space:
The Property is in the perfect location for you, if you are looking for a family holiday or a romantic couple getaway in a calm and relaxing surrounding. The house is only a 15min walk from the peaceful, Ayia Thekla beach, and a 5 minute drive from Europe’s biggest themed Waterpark, “Waterworld – Waterpark”. The famous Nissi Beach is only a 10 minute drive, as well as the Ayia Napa centre. If you don’t want to hire a car, then you can take the bus. Regular bus lines pass by the House several times a day and on weekends too.
This stunning, modern, fresh house will provide you with Air-conditioning throughout the House, Free Wi-Fi, a massive TV as well as a DVD player, complimentary bedding & bath towels, complimentary bathroom amenities, a complimentary Breakfast Basket for your arrival as well as a useful guide for what to do and see while visiting our gorgeous sunny island.
The kitchen is completely refurbished and fully equipped with all of the necessary appliances in order to make sure that you will have everything that you need when you want to prepare a snack or a meal during the day. A washing machine, an iron & ironing board will also be at your disposal, just in case you decide to do some swimwear washing, during your holidays, or any other washing in general.
You can enjoy your delicious meals either at the picnic table right by the swimming pool or at the fashionable dining table in your bright dining area located next to the kitchen. The living room area is right next to the dining area where you can sit back and enjoy a nice film on your large TV unit if you wish to stay inside at some point during your holiday. A guest WC completes the ground floor.
On the first floor, you will enjoy a good night’s sleep on the brand new, comfortable, 5 foot mattresses found in both of the Bedrooms. Furthermore, as soon as you wake up, you must have your coffee up in the bedroom balcony, where you can just feel the delightful summer sea breeze coming from the Mediterranean Sea.
The family Bathroom is right next to the first Bedroom, equipped with all of the necessary complimentary amenities to make your stay more comfortable.
