This charming home is a couple minutes from Glendora Village. 25-45 minutes away from Downtown LA, Ocean, Disneyland, Big Bear, Pasadena, Knotts, Magic Mountain, Universal Studios, LAX, Ontario, Dodger Stadium, Angel Stadium, City of Hope, Palm Springs, etc.
Charming home to relax after a long day. Home is nicely decorated with beautiful art. This home has many places to sit, lay, and relax. Home has abundance of natural light or you can close it all up, stay in, and watch a movie in the comfy living room. This home is kid approved. Has many great hiding spaces for kids to play hide and seek. The property also has a beautiful patio area, perfect for relaxation, and plenty of space for kids to explore.
Guest will have full and private access to the entire home. Guest will also have access to the patio area.
I understand that guest like their privacy, therefore I am available via text, phone call, and email. Which ever is easier for you to communicate.
The City of Glendora is a beautiful, small, and middle class city. You are walking distance to the downtown area called Glendora Village. The Glendora Village offers the feel of a small town that has many options for shopping, restaurants, and other Services. One local favorite eatery is Ed's Place, it has a diner type feel, they serve breakfast and lunch (7AM-1:30PM). If you're looking to capture a family portrait, award winning Gaby Chung Photography Studio is also in the Glendora Village, offering fine art newborn, child, and family photography (by appointment only). If you're looking to have a date night, Luca Bella Fine Foods is a local favorite. Another local favorite is, T. Phillips, perfect for casual dining. Our neighborhood has many historical homes, and is such a beautiful sight to see. You are 5 minutes away from APU and Citrus College. University of La Verne is approximately 10 minutes away.
The Metro Gold Line is about 5 minutes away. Across the street from Citrus College. The Gold Line will take you to Downtown Los Angeles. For shopping, there are several malls within driving distance. West Covina Shopping Center is 9 miles away, Montclair Plaza is 14 miles away, and the Santa Anita Mall and Race track is 13 miles away. There is a second unit on the same property that is also used on airbnb. The second unit is completely separated from this home and has its own entrance, bedroom, and bathroom.
HOUSE RULES:
1) Arriving at the home with more guests than you booked, including babies and small children, violates the House Rules. If you arrive with more guests than you booked, the reservation must be changed to reflect the proper number of guests before you will be allowed to check-in.
2) Check in is anytime after 4pm, please communicate your arrival time. Please don't arrive early without prior notice we have agreed on early check-in and the early check-in fee was paid.
3) No smoking in the house.
4) No eating in the bedrooms
5) No parties / No events
6) No illegal activity, this includes marijuana. The smell is horrible!
7) Please don't walk around in the home with your shoes on. Please take them off when waking throughout the home.
8) All Pets have to be approved first. Not all pets are welcome. There is an extra cleaning fee based on the size of the pet, length of stay, and amount of pets. If pets are approved, pets are not allowed on the Furniture and beds. Please clean up your pets mess. Don’t leave it for the next guest.
9) This is a quiet neighborhood, so guests are expected to enjoy the peaceful environment. Nothing loud that will disturb the neighbors. Quite hours are from 9pm-7am.
10) Please leave the place neat and clean before leaving. This includes taking out the trash during your stay, and before checking out. Please wash any dishes that you use. Place all towels in the shower.
