3 Bedroom House in Old Town, Villajoyosa
Our house is located within the Casco Antiguo, amongst the colourful houses of Villajoyosa. It has been recently refurbished mixing contemporary bathrooms and kitchen with traditional features such as the large entrance hall, low ceilings (in some rooms) and original beams and floor tiles. Please note the accommodation is arranged over five floors.
It is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from all local amenities including banks, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. It is approximately a 40 mins drive from Alicante airport. Villajoyosa has easy access via tram or bus to the more lively town of Benidorm. Benidorm boasts Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia waterpark and for the keen golfer there are many golf courses within a short drive. Should you tire of the beautiful beaches in and around Villajoyosa, the surrounding countryside is stunning with mountains and pretty little villages nestled in the hills e.g Guadalest, Finnestrat, Relleu and Sella.
The rooms consist of a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe on the ground floor. There is also a family bathroom with a walk in shower.
The washing machine is located in the planta baja (entrance hall).
Up a short flight of stairs are two more bedrooms. One with a sofa bed and the other has two single beds.
On the next floor is the master bedroom and en suite bathroom with wet room shower, a small balcony and wardrobe.
Upstairs is the lounge/diner with TV, two sofas and a dining table and chairs. There is a small balcony where you can hang your washing or beach towels to dry. A fridge freezer is located on this floor and the half bathroom with a toilet.
Finally the fully-fitted kitchen is on the top floor leading out to the roof terrace with barbecue, table and chairs. We have recently fitted a toldo/shade.
There is nothing better than making a cup of tea or coffee or having a glass of wine and stepping onto the terrace with the view of the old town roof tops and the sea in the distance. Bliss!
