Summary: A bit cumbersome to get the keys, so in had to get in touch with the support. Glad their emergency line was manned at the late hour, otherwise it’s be difficult to find my way in. Please note that their automated menu is in Swedish, and this is where you have to choose to be connected to the emergency line. I had not received a code to get in through the main entrance, and there were no instructions on where to find the apartment (there are some ground floor apartments outside of the main entrance. I also had a dirty towel in my apartment, but there was another clean one to pick instead. The toilet paper holder was glued on place, so that broke. Furthermore, it is placed way too close to the toilet seat for it to be hygienic not to discard the roll and start fresh (especially if someone has done their deeds standing up). All in all, however, I enjoyed my stay. It’s nice to stay at an apartment where one can cook instead of a hotel.
