Upon entering the two apartments, you will be immediately charmed by the elegance and brightness of the spaces. Our two properties are located in the heart of the Plateau, just a few steps from downtown, La Fontaine Park, Mont Royal, and the lively Mont-Royal and Saint-Laurent streets. You will appreciate the artistic feel of the place, the high ceilings, and the high-quality furniture.
***The private terraces and balconies are furnished between May 1st and October 15th. Out of season, the space is still accessible but not properly furnished.***
**Snow removal is done within 24 hours after storms with over 5 cm of snow. Shovel and salt are provided for your use during your stay.**
Travelers are required to be of 25 years old at the time of booking.

Note that this is a self-serve apartment, not a hotel. There are other apartments in the building with permanent residents. Please be mindful and respectful of their space.

Quiet family neighbourhood, neighbours can be grumpy at times but they don't bite - be mindful of the noise levels to win their hearts.
The property does not feature a private parking. But this has yet to be a problem, as there is plenty of free street parking available (make sure to check your arrival information to better understand the signages to avoid fines).
The base price offered is for a limited number of guest, please check the lisiting details. There is an extra fee for every additional person.
The maximum occupancy of the unit must be followed at all times.
If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially, without notice to the landlord, a fee of $ 70 per person/ per day will apply automatically. To avoid check-in problems and surcharges, please make sure to book for the right number of travelers because the number of people will be checked during your stay.
Breakage and damage must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible.
