LIVING & DINING ROOM
The home opens on to a smart entrance hall, with a dining room towards the left. It is elegantly finished in powder blue with original cornicing details and pale wood flooring. The extendable dining table can comfortably seat 10 guests, with a lovely little relaxing area in the bay window. Through this room you can reach the sweeping living area, with its lovely blue and white wallpaper, elegant working fireplace (with logs available to use), and French doors letting light pour in from the garden beyond. There is also a plasma TV and plenty of interesting books that guests are free to browse.
KITCHEN
Through the main hall you can reach the large kitchen which sits towards the rear of the ground floor. It has ambient hanging lights above the kitchen units and unique features such as a magnetic knife strip, giving it the feel of a modern and swish coffee shop! Towards the end of the kitchen is a bright space with a little breakfast table that can seat four, and access to the wonderful garden. The size of the grassy garden is ideal for children to play in.
BEDROOM 2
Climb the stairs to the first level which holds a single bedroom ideal for an older child or teenager. There is a small desk and chair in the corner, with bright modern posters on the wall, and a lovely view of the garden. There is also a convenient little WC on this level, too.
PRINCIPAL BEDROOM
Further upstairs is the comfortable principal bedroom, with its beautiful stone fireplace directly across from the super king bed. Its minimal yet stylish décor includes dark wood flooring and a striking expressionist art piece.
BATHROOM 1
Bathroom-chic is achieved by geometric print floor, pale olive-green tiles, houseplants scattered about an ornamental fireplace, and a double ended roll-top bathtub. This bathroom offers direct access onto Bedroom 3, creating a handy en suite if desired.
BEDROOM 3
Up a short flight of stairs is a lovely double bedroom, brightened by a yellow geometric-patterned rug and pastel pink throw. There are 2 single beds that can be pushed together to create a comfortable super king, and plenty of wardrobe space painted with chalkboard paint - great fun for getting creative with the kids! There is direct access onto Bathroom 1, offering a handy en suite if desired.
BATHROOM 2
A modern Italian-style wet room, with beautiful black and white flooring and sleek cream tiling, this shower room includes a wash basin, WC and large waterfall shower head.
BEDROOM 4
Encompassing the loft floor of the house; this double bedroom has lovely pale blue interiors, an office desk and chair, and lots of practical storage and shelving space.
