Gardeners Cottage is located in Burrawang Village. A quaint village just 10 minutes from Bowral and 5 minutes from Robertson, Burrawang is renowned for its Village atmosphere, friendly community and cottage homes. Burrawang is arguably one of the prettiest villages in the Southern Highlands, and is close enough to also be a base for an event in Bowral, Mittagong or Moss Vale.

How is the property laid out?
Gardeners Cottage is set on one level with two living areas, one with an open fireplace. The kitchen and dining room are open plan and a combustion fireplace makes this space warm and cosy in winter. The main living area is light filled and has a smart TV.
The master king bedroom is very large and has the main bathroom with shower, luxurious bath and toilet. There are three other bedrooms with a queen, double and double beds. There is a shared smaller bathroom with shower and toilet. The good sized laundry has modern appliances, including washer and dryer.
WiFi, Internet, Netflix and Pay TV - will I have it?
Gardeners Cottage has a smart TV in the lounge room. Please bring your own login details to access streaming services.
WiFi is available to guests and you may use it with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B with Telstra generally the best network in regional areas.

Gardeners Cottage is surrounded by beautiful cold climate cottage gardens. The wide covered verandah wraps around the house and overlooks the gardens and lawn at the back of the house. Gardeners Cottage has one open fireplace in one living area and one combustion fireplace in the kitchen / dining area. There is a reverse cycle air conditioner in the living room where the TV is located, as well as the open plan kitchen / dining area.

There is parking for 3 cars on the driveway and also a carport for 1 car.

Wildlife
Please note that due to the nature and location of this property, wildlife may be about including possums, kangaroos, spiders and snakes. We do whatever we can to keep the property safe and do work with a network of wildlife removal experts, however we cannot guarantee that you will not see any wildlife at the property. If you do, we will use our best endeavours to have the animal removed or to make the property safe, however no compensation whatsoever will be paid for any disturbance caused by wildlife. You must book the property knowing that this risk exists, even though very uncommon.
What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, and four nights at Peak Season and Easter.
