House offers 4 bedrooms (2 main bedrooms on main level and 2 bedrooms upstairs) plus an overflow loft w/2 single beds. The 2 main bedrooms offer king beds w/private bathrooms, TV’s with sound bars. The 2 upstairs bedrooms offer queen beds plus a shared bathroom. There is an additional full bathroom downstairs plus a powder room. All mattresses & pillows purchased summer 2022, new duvets and bedding. Huge chefs kitchen w/induction cooktop, built-in Kitchen Aid ice maker, and oversized island. Kitchen bar area offers 8 leather bar chairs purchased from Howse. Huge game room w/poker table, shuffle board, dart board & pool table, a wood burning fireplace plus a English style bar w/leather tufted stools. 75 inch smart TV w/Polk surround sound in game/recreational room. Home offers multiple conversation areas in main living area w/leather seating, swivel chairs and cozy chaise lounge couch, all purchased from Howse, 2022. Unique wine tasting room is recessed below main level down a stone stairwell w/granite bar and access to lower level patio.
Outside, the expansive deck can be accessed from various rooms in the house & offers a grill, 6 chaise loungers with cushions, tabled seating for 6 with an umbrella, plus a second tabled seating for 4 under the covered patio. Propane grill for cooking on the primary deck, charcoal grill down by the lake, plus a gas fire pit on lower deck of house. Beautiful view of the lake from the back patio off the conversation and dining area. Natural Arkansas timber view from the front windows of the house, deer can be seen on the front lawn daily. This estate offers the enjoyment of the sights & sounds of the lake, and of natural Arkansas all in one package. The expansive floor plan offers multiple interior and exterior seating & entertainment gathering spaces with the option to find privacy from your group in the various areas, very few lake houses offer this kind of space to roam. Hosts offer a 6 seater UTV (Polaris) to access private boathouse on the 20 acres, or you can take the 5-10 min walk down the private road. House is perched on a hill behind the access gate & situated toward the front of 20 acre boundary. The lake access, boathouse and shoreline is down the hill by private road at bottom of bluff. The lakefront area offers chairs around a firepit, a longhorn bbq grill and horseshoes. Added bonus is the location on the water, there is a popular sandbar access by boat only in view from the boathouse, drop an anchor and hang-out in waste deep water from your boat, or play volleyball on the island. House easily accommodates 8 guests and up to 10 guests. There is a barndo apartment we will consider renting for added cost to accommodate 2 more guests for extra fee. Plenty of parking for vehicles & trailers. Option to rent our 25 foot pontoon boat to experienced boaters. Launch you own boat close by with a quick boat ride over to our slip and tie-up during your stay.
