The nightly rate is for up to 14 guests. There is an additional charge of $20 per person per night.
***The steps going to the lower level are off-limits**** There are two self-contained apartments in the basement of this home. One is occupied by long-term tenants who assist with maintaining the property and for security reasons, particularly when the house is not being rented. The other is occupied by the owner when he is in the U.S. The tenants and owner do not have access to the upper level. Please don’t let their presence stop you from having fun and enjoying the home. Do what you would at your own home: laugh, cook, play music, dance and have a great time.

Guests will have full access to the main and upper levels of the house, including the gorgeous wrap-around porch. The house offers ample off-street parking so larger groups will have no problems.
