The suites are set up with everything you need to relax and enjoy your time in this amazing city!
This apartment has been fully furnished and is well equipped for you to have everything you need during your stay. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed, desk and chair as well as ample clothing storage. The kitchen has a oven/stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and cooking utensils, pots and pans too.
In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa, coffee table and Smart TV for you to watch your favourite shows. There is also a dining table that has four chairs for you to enjoy your home cooked meals.
The bathroom has a walk in shower, sink with vanity and toilet.
Please note we require a mandatory cleaning by our housekeeping team for stays of 10 days or more. Every 7 days the housekeeping team will be required to enter the unit (at a scheduled time pre determined with each guest) and will remove garbage, vacuum, sweep, mop, clean dishes and ensure the unit it clean. There is a $50 fee per additional clean. This service is intended to avoid issues with pests that are attracted to food waste.
There is strictly NO SMOKING permitted anywhere in the unit or anywhere in the building. If you smoke, please do so outside and at least 7.5 meters away from any doorway or window.

No outside visitors or overnight guests without prior approval. We have CCTV in the communal areas and guests will be requested to leave.
Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.
If you break or damage something, please let us know so we can arrange for replacement or repair.
There is no mail service at the building. Can be picked up from the post office 2 blocks away.
Extra linens are not provided - There is a laundry room onsite for you to use.
