Our country villa is well located in an olive grove, surrounded by trees and fields, in a private and quiet area. The villa is ideal for families with children, couples and / or single looking for a unique experience in a serene environment and just 25 minutes drive from downtown Marrakech. 320m2 of living space and 1000 m2 of garden with olive trees, lemon trees, a large secure swimming pool of 90m2, outdoor dining room, barbecue and jacuzzi.
The villa is spacious and has a warm and contemporary atmosphere. You can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Atlas Mountains from the terraces and the beautiful view of the garden.
The central living room offers a fireplace; large windows with direct access to the garden and pool. Two indoor and outdoor dining rooms on the terrace near the garden or patio. The villa has 2 master bedrooms (30m2) on the first floor with direct access to the terrace and 2 bedrooms (25m2) on the ground floor. All rooms with private bathroom.
SERVICE
For an extra charge of EUR 15 per day, the villa will have a reliable cook and housekeeper. Atika takes care of the daily cleaning and will make the beds. She also prepares breakfast and lunch (please pay directly)
The customer must go shopping (local market 5 minutes by car and supermarket about 15 minutes). Bakir, the gardener and concierge, will gladly help you with your groceries
Atika and Bakir both live nearby and can be reached if needed.
