Gerlan is a cosy terraced cottage in the village of Aberbanc near Newcastle Emlyn. It has a double and a single room upstairs. Downstairs is a shower room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside, there is off road parking for one car, and around twenty yards away is a decked area and views over the countryside. Gerlan makes a very welcoming base for enjoying walking and cycling, and even heading to the Pembrokeshire and mid-Wales coastline. Please note - no campervans/transits/vans/pick up trucks or similar vehicles and 1 x medium sized car only.

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Please bring own beach towels. Roadside parking for 1 small car only. Decked area. Note: The garden has steep river banks and is not fenced so is not safe for visitors. Note: Cottage is on a bend in the road, children and animals to be supervised. Note: This is a traditional cottage and is not suitable for guests with limited mobility. Note: Low doorway down from sitting room to shower room. Property only suitable for children over the age of 12. Please note: As of 29/09/2023, this property will no longer accept new bookings with dogs between October - February.
