Positive: Location is great. Great atmosphere. Spacious. Nice grounds and garden.
Negative: 6 bedrooms were advertised for 12 adults In reality it was only 4 and 1/2 bedrooms. Some of the beds were really too small for 2 large adults (but we were Dutch so we tend to be tall) so sleeping was to a certain extent a problem. The photo on the site appears to suggest a full sized swimming pool but in reality it is an above ground swimming pool. The photos and text appear to suggest that you have the entire house. You don't. The owner lives there also and the accommodation is split into two pieces. Not that it is a problem its just that you are lead to believe that the situation is different. If the information was less misleading I would have given a higher rating.
Summary: Nice atmosphere and nice building. Owner very friendly.
