Equidistant between the historic Speightstown and Holetown in the parish of St Peter, this contemporary beachfront property measures over 13,500 square feet, yet offers residents privacy being gated and set in over 1.2 acres of tropical landscaped gardens fringed with palm trees.
Features include an indoor cinema/media room, a gym, a 25m infinity swimming pool and an array of water sports equipment.
A double staircase with feature Verpan seashell chandelier leads upstairs to five spacious bedrooms, a few with four poster beds dressed with white linen, all with American oak flooring, Ralph Lauren bed stools and a smattering of other unique design pieces. Each bedroom has a walk-in dressing room and is cleverly positioned to enjoy views across the Caribbean Sea with private terraces, as well as luxury en-suite bathrooms furnished with Hansgrohe rain showers, mosaic tiles from Ann Sacks and marble vanities. Plus, the master suite’s large, round soaking bathtub sits at the base of a floor-to-ceiling window offering sweeping garden views down to the beach.
The main entrance with Holly Hunt consoles leads to the living areas which are all open plan and spacious with neutral tones, pale limestone flooring and an impressive local coral feature wall. Large windows make the most of the surrounding sea and pool views.
The house is conveniently located only a few minutes’ drive from three of the island’s most prestigious golf and polo clubs, two marinas and many bars and restaurants.
