Nestled among the tall pines, with tree ridge views, a quaint pond and private golf course views, sits this 4-bed, 2-bathroom home. Enjoy the views and have your privacy as your sitting over 100ft from the course. Inside, you’ll find comfortable yet stylish furniture throughout with plenty of seating. The well-equipped kitchen is complete with all the handy small appliances as well as a stainless-steel dual fuel, convection stove/oven, microwave, warming drawer and refrigerator w/ ice maker and filtered water dispenser although Flagstaff water tastes delicious too. Grill outside on the gas BBQ grill and enjoy a meal together at the long dining table inside or you may want to dine outside among the trees under the covered deck. Fun memories are always made playing one of the many board games, or sitting around the gas fire pit and enjoying a fireside chat. Cold nights are not complete without turning on the gas fireplace, and enjoying your favorite cable shows on the large Smart TV with lots of streaming apps and equipped w/ an Amazon Firestick, just log in on your account.
Sleep soundly in the upstairs primary suite, which offers a king-size plush bed, smart tv and ensuite bathroom with 2 sinks, a toilet, and shower. The second upstairs bedroom is furnished with 2 x-long twin size comfortable beds, cable tv and small playroom area. Downstairs are 2 more guest bedrooms, both with comfortable beds, one king mattress and the other a queen (with cable tv). Downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with a large vanity, a single sink and a tub/shower combo.
Amenities include: High speed wi-fi (400mb), a desk in a private office. 2 Smart TV’s w/cable in 2 guest bedrooms, a large pantry, a blow dryer in each bathroom. Nest controlled thermostats. Located just a 15 min. walk from the Oakmont Restaurant and the public Continental Country Club Golf Course. Just a few minutes further is the driving range, public Timberline Short 9 Hole golf course (fun for beginners), Campbell Mesa hiking and biking trails as well as just under 5 miles to Flagstaff's Historic downtown scene and 17 miles to Lake Mary with rentable equipment to enjoy the water. If you’re looking for restaurants, shops, entertainment, museums, history and national monuments, you’ll find plenty to do in town and the surrounding area.
If you love the outdoors, there are trailheads for hiking and biking within 2 miles from the front door to the trailhead. Or, if you want to lie poolside or use a jacuzzi, then the Continental Country Club and Bear Paw facilities have putt-putt, 2 pools, 2 jacuzzis, as well as many other games, entertainment and food. (These amenities are available for an additional fee, $150 (one time admin fee) plus $30 per adult and $15 per child. Pricing may vary but this is current for 2023.)
