The house is approximately 4,800 square feet, and was completely renovated recently and featured in New England Home magazine. There is a large back yard, with a seating area and a grill. There are high end appliances including Viking, Monogram and Miele in a well stocked gourmet kitchen. There is also a Brunswick pool table, wine fridge and 3 flat screen TVs and a fireplace. The house has 2 AC/Heating zones and also has a central dehumidifier keeping the house very comfortable year round. The house is perfect for family gatherings, a couple's getaway, or a quiet getaway.
