COME ENJOY THIS BEAUTIFUL HOUSE ANYTIME OF THE YEAR! This gorgeous home is located in a quiet area of the lake and has year-round deep water. There is limited boat traffic and the dock is perfect for swimming and fishing. Conveniently located only 25 minutes from I-65 and a short drive from Birmingham. Dining room seats 8, with additional seating at bar (3) and on screened in porch (4).

There is an XBOX at the house, you will need to bring your own controllers and games.

Yearround water at dock. One covered boat slip for the guests' use (no boat lift). Boat slip is 11x25.

PEAK SEASON: no Sat to Sat rentals. We accept FIVE (5) night MINIMUM reservations for June and July, if booked before May 1. Beginning May 1, we accept 3 night reservations for June and July. OFF-SEASON: 3 Night Minimum.
