We just know that you will love our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Our condo is on the 2nd hole of the challenge golf course. You can hear the fountains loud and clear from our beautiful patio and from the master bedroom while you are drifting off to sleep. We have a beautiful built in bar-b-que on the back patio for your grilling needs. There is over 46 pools to choose from but the best pool in the complex is only steps from the back patio.
This condo is fully remodeled with new comfy furniture, Our kitchen is fully stocked. Flat screen with HDTV in the living room and flat screens in all the bedrooms all with DVD players. No worries about getting a good night sleep. All the beds are new and of high quality. We also have new appliances in the kitchen & new washer / dryer at the utility room. Wireless Internet provided.
Palm Valley Country Club is a guard gated community. There are two golf courses. A 6,545 yard Championship Course and a 4,232 yard Challenge Course, both designed by Ted Robinson. A full Tennis Facility. You don't need to drive off the property to pamper yourself. There is a Full Spa. The 85,000 square foot clubhouse is magnificent. The dining room is elegant and food is fantastic. Every Friday night is PASTA Night. This is an event not to be missed. There is also a beautiful cocktail lounge attached.
We have a two car garage to keep your vehicles cool and clean. Take a spin on our bicycles for a bit of exercise and fresh air or stay inside and enjoy a puzzle or a board game. Beyond the gates of this beautiful facility there are so many activities to choose from. There are so many restaurants to choose from. From casual to fine dining. There is theater, golf, hiking, bicycling, world class shopping and so much more. One of our favorite things to do is to go the River Shopping Complex, we see a movie, have dinner then get Starbucks and sit next to the water and people watch.
