Comfortable 3-bedroom apartment in the middle of paradise, just two streets from the beach with sunlit balcony views of Alicante Bay. This southeast facing home on the coast of the Mediterranean is perfect for a holiday anytime during the year due to its mild winters and sunny summers.
The apartment is fully equipped for a short or extended stay with family and or friends. The community in which the home is located has amenities that the entire family can enjoy. Guests can use the pools (one for adults and the other for kids) with views of the coast or stay active at the muti-sport court by playing tennis or basketball.
Besides the strategic location being a main highlight of this mediterranean home, the terrace is idyllic and where guests will enjoy spending time. It has beautiful views of the coast, pool and gardens. The perfect place to savor morning coffee, tapas or local wines.
Recently renovated, the home has two bedrooms with matrimonial beds and one bedroom with an individual bed. Each bedroom has storage space and windows, allowing natural sunlight to come in. The main bedroom has a wall-mounted TV for entertainment.
The location and distribution of the apartment allows fresh Mediterranean beach breezes to fill the home making it climatically pleasant during the summer months. For added comfort, each bedroom has fans and there is a split panel air con in the living and dining room areas.
The apartment has an open planned concept so that guests can interact.
The living room has a reclining sofa and a large 50” Smart television for a relaxing break. The dining room has a table for 4.

Gran Alacant is one of the closest tourist resorts to Alicante Airport and is located on the Southern Costa Blanca.
Walking distance from the apartment there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy and an open-air market that happens on Thursday morning and the Gran Alacant Tourist Office.
Several beaches are within a radius of 2 to 5 km some contain beach bars, sunbeds and play areas for children.
The closest beach is Carabassi a wide, golden, sandy blue flag beach with turquoise water, sand dunes, pine trees walkways and foot showers.
Nearby is the protected natural park El Clot De Galvany, great place for trekking, bird watching, enjoying nature, and discovering Spanish Civil War bunkers.
At a stone’s throw, Santa Pola, has a lot to see and do. It is home to a fishing port, cape with viewpoints, the Sierra for hiking, a castle, museums, piers, salt plains as well as excellent seafood restaurants.
From the Santa Pola Port, frequent boats depart to Tabarca island, a protected marine reserve, ideal for snorkeling, swimming, and diving.

In season, a tourist train proximate to the apartment goes to the beach and mall.

Due to local laws, all guests must do a check-in registration, with their government issued identification, which is sent to the Civil Guard electronically.
The pool is open all year from 9:00 - 22:00h. It is not heated.
Beach chairs and towels are available for guests to take to the pool or to the beach.
During high-season reservations must be made to use the multisport court. It is on a first come, first serve basis. Availability is not guaranteed.
Late check in fee from 20:00 to 22:00h is 20€ and from 22:00 to 00:00h is 40€.
