Positive: Location , cleanliness, easy access of bus, taxi and train, responsive owner /manager. Kitchen appliances , modern door lock systems

Negative: Soda bed was not comfortable for kids for a stay of a week ! Kids started complaining back pain after 3-4 days . Insulation of the building was not so great - basically you hear everything from the bathroom of the adjacent unit ! Outside noise during weekends but that is because of the location . No shower enclosure or curtain in the bathroom causing water splashes all over was a major headache after every shower . A few sachets of salt /pepper/sugar would have a nice gesture for a family coming to stay for a week with kids !

Summary: In overall - a nice stay although we felt a bit overpriced for the facilities
