Positive: The apartment and the location are great
Negative: The staff was very unresponsive, the electricity went out one evening while we were cooking dinner, we reached out to the staff for help, they sent us 2 videos of where the electric bix might be, both are unrelated to our apartment, needless to say we couldn't find it by ourselves during that evening and reached back to the staff, which didnt respond to any of our messages from that point on, luckily we managed to find the electric box the morning after, which means we did not have dinner that day, all our fiod went bad, and we had no hot water that morning Also, during our entire stay the heating did not work fully, we reached out on the first day and the maintenance guy that came to take a look said that the plumber is needed, the staff said they will come the morning after, of course they did not show up for the rest of our 7 days stay
