One block from family friendly Lewes Bay and a short walk to shopping, restaurants, and ice cream, our house sleeps 10 with 5 bedrooms, a sunny deck, outdoor shower, and a fenced back yard. Comfort is key with air conditioning, and wireless internet as well as six Roku TV's. Two full baths accommodate our guests. Updated furnishings make this one of the coziest cottages at the beach with an outstanding location close to town. (we ask that our guests bring their own sheets and towels)

Summary: So much fun !! Very family friendly. Absolutely amazed once inside the house ! Plenty of room to spread out and relax. The backyard was private and great for grandchildren to run around and play. Plenty of parking and easy walk to beach with two 3 year olds & one 5 year old. Last year we stayed in a 2 million dollar house but it was just a house. This year we were in a cozy home that everyone was able to relax and enjoy !! Communication with Michael & Heidi was prompt & easy. Thanks so much
