Onsite laundry, 24hrs monitored security and off-street parking. Cox highspeed Internet. 1 55" flatscreen Roku Smart tv's in the livingroom. Controlled A/C & heat and it's 8 roughly walking minutes away from Mercer University.
The Space:
Neighborhood renovations are taking place, so the area only LOOKS a bit rough, but the neighbors are kind, and no one bothers anyone. All the tenants/homeowners know everyone on the street, so rest assured, knowing that you're safe. Perfect for Traveling Nurses, Students, and Corporate Professionals as well.Perfect for Traveling Nurses, Students, and Corporate Professionals as well.This unit was updated with new flooring throughout the entire apartment. No more carpet to bother your allergies. A completely renovated bathroom ( New shower and floor. New Toilet, vanity & mirror). All windows have been replaced with American Craftman's double-hung windows.
No more of the old metal windows that do not function. We have added a TV in each room for your viewing pleasure. Last but not least, we have upgraded the entire apartment from the old standalone window a/c units to a new central heat and air unit to heat and cool the entire apartment.
The Neighborhood:
Within Walking Distance From Mercer University College. Margaritas, Subway, NuWay and Coffee Shops.Within Walking Distance To Mercer University College. This unit sits behind our Grizzly Bear house, which is also another of our airbnb properties. The neighborhood looks rough. A lot of the elderly homeowners can not take care of their properties and kids playing and walking around all day.
Neighborhood renovations are taking place, so the area is a bit rough, but the neighbors are kind, and no one bothers anyone. All the tenants/homeowners know everyone on the street, so rest assured, knowing that you're safe.
We understand that some people may be more comfortable than others, and our units may not be in the best-looking area. So please be aware and keep this in mind when booking with us as we can not offer any refund for how the neighborhood looks or for things outside of our properties that we can not control.
We've noticed that most of our negative reviews have come from people who were not a good fit for our properties. They loved the units but had an issue with the location or neighborhood.
Getting Around:

If you walk out the door and behind the property, you will be on Duncan Ave. Walk to any end of the street and cross the bridge, and less than 8 minutes, you will be in Mercer Village. Here, you will find an array of different eateries to choose from.

Please do not lock the bottom door knob when exiting. Maintenance charges a $50 Emergency Lockout fee to accommodate.
