It is an apartment of almost 100 square meters. very close to the sea (it has a splendid view from the balcony on the Rotonda a Mare!) that the historical center of Senigallia.
There are two bedrooms with double bed: the gold room and the emerald room, the latter with the space to add a third bed or even a cot if requested. In the great hall, also used in winter as orange room are sofa beds for three other potential comfortable seats. There are also a dining room with adjoining kitchen, two bathrooms with bath and shower.

Important to emphasize that the prices applied include all services: both utilities, of course, but in the summer also the cleaning and the tourist tax, which will remain at our expense. Only in the low season, when we rent individual rooms at very low prices while keeping the other spaces shared, we ask for the respect of minimum rules of behavior for a civil cohabitation with the other guests.
