This beautiful holiday house is located in the quite village of Smrika , 700 meters from the sea. Two kilometers from the nearest beach in Jadranovo. It boasts amazing views of the nearby islands and the entire Kvarner bay. Provides you with a great deal of privacy. You will enjoy a big swimming pool (44m2) , outdoors jacuzzi, and a beautiful terrace with covered bbq area. There is a private parking area for 4 cars.On the lower level of the house there is a spacious open space with a very well equiped kitchen and dining area . One corner is reserved for two comfortable sofas and a smart Tv. Internet is reliable and fast. Also, on the lower level you will find a storage area with a washing machine and a full bathroom.Table tennis , billiards and an electronic darts board for added fun. On the upper level there is two bathrooms(one is en suite) and three bedrooms. Each bedroom has a air conditioning unit and there is also two units in the open space. Two bedrooms have acces to the balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while taking in the astonishing view. Towns of Rijeka, Crikvenica and Opatija are short drive away. The house is well equiped for all your needs. The location of the house is a great starting point if you are planning to visit places like Plitvice lakes, Islands of Krk, Cres and Losinj, city of Venice or the region of Istria. Staying at this house you will be close to everything, but still have a great deal of privacy.
