The Swallow Nest offers 1,600+ square feet of freshly updated living space, a backyard with deck, patio, and gas grill, two second-floor decks with mountain views, and off-street parking.
We are located in the heart of downtown Salida, a short walk from everything you need. Wireless internet is available throughout the house. You are going to love it here!
New in 2024: Air conditioning in upstairs bedrooms.
First floor:
Our recently remodeled kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make a great meal and enjoy it in the adjacent dining room or on the patio table in the backyard during warmer months.
In the living room, listen to music or stream your favorite movies on our smart TV (Netflix account provided) while sitting in comfort on our loveseat and sofa set. (The couch pulls out into a queen-sized bed and living room doors close to make a cozy sleeping space.)
A conveniently located downstairs full bath has a corner shower.
Second floor:
Each of the three spacious upstairs bedrooms has a queen bed with a down duvet and plenty of pillows. A large upstairs bath has the original claw foot tub.
Outdoor living spaces:
Pick your perch! We have three outdoor seating areas.
Sit on the covered front porch upstairs and enjoy your morning coffee or watch the children play in Alpine Park, directly across the street. Enjoy that Colorado sun and take in the view of “S” Mountain from our back upstairs deck. Or enjoy a barbecue dinner around the table in the patio in our private backyard.
