These beautiful three story condos are designed as vacation rentals to comfortably accommodate 12 guests. Can accommodate large groups up to 24 people if our 392 Franklin and 394 Franklin condos are both rented. Our 394 Franklin condo has beautiful ocean views from the 3rd level bedrooms. Convenient beach access right down the street and a beautiful and comfortable walk to downtown Pismo and pier.
