Green Point is beautiful leafy suburb which is centrally located in the Gosford Shire. It is a predominantly quiet suburb, split by Avoca Dr. Within a short walking distance you will find cafes and a public reserve with a children's play area and an off leash dog park along the waterfront via Bayside Dr. Only 15 minutes Drive to Terrigal beach and Avoca beach.
Getting Around:
You are best off arriving by car, but once you get here, you'll probably prefer to chill at the house, stroll down to the beach or go for a hike.

Copa is a lovely suburb but hilly. From the beach it’s a steep but short walk back to the house. The views from the house will repay you for your efforts.
