Positive: Location is perfect; 7-Eleven is just a few steps away. The bed is probably the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The lady is friendly, although she doesn't speak much English. Scooter rental is a little more expensive (300 THB), but the scooters are in perfect condition, which is what you need on the steep roads of Koh Chang. Considering the price, it's a great place overall.
Negative: The room hadn't been cleaned and the towels were not changed. However, it's acceptable given the price.
