The spacious kitchen is ideal for cooking and conversation. Upstairs, you'll find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms for your comfort and convenience. Enjoy your downtime with a 65" smart TV, board games, and books provided for your entertainment. Head outside and soak up the sunshine with a BBQ machine, fire pit, and outdoor dining space in the backyard. Up to 3 cars can be parked.

We want to make sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Please note that guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided has been used, and extra linens and towels are available for an additional charge. We're happy to welcome your furry friends with a one-time pet fee of $120, but please note that pets are not allowed on the second floor. We will provide a baby gate to restrict access, and any additional cleaning costs due to a violation of this rule will be the responsibility of the guest. 1. Please contact us via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm on weekdays, 11pm on weekends. Noise complaints are not tolerated. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.
5. Outdoor shoes must be taken off inside of the home. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.
6. Pets are allowed in the home, but they're not allowed on the furniture and carpet area..
7. Please sort garbages and recycling following the local garbage rules. Please do not throw food garbage in the normal garbage bin and the recycling bin.
8. If the items in the unit including furniture, decorations, walls, floor, cabinets, and anything belongs to us are damaged, we will request guests to cover the cost.
9. Please note check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is by 11am. We can often accommodate early check-in and late check-out for a fee of $15.
10. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
11. Never leave the door unlocked, and please ALWAYS close the door tight. To lock the door from outside, simply press the "Yale" button on top of the smart lock panel once.
