This cottage is located right at the point of a peninsula on the western shores of Lake Muskoka and boasts 125 feet of waterfront and long south-east lake views. It has multiple outdoor sitting areas from which to take in the lake views.
This excellent Walkers Point location is a 20 minutes drive to both Gravenhurst and Bala and 30 minutes to Port Carling.
The property has an open concept interior with cathedral natural pine ceiling in the great room, exposed cross beams with accent lighting and hardwood floors. The kitchen features Cambria stone countertops, stainless steel appliances (gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and French-door refrigerator), a spacious island with seating for 3, and a full-sized pantry. The dining table has seating for up to 10. The great room features a wood-burning fireplace and a 65-inch flat screen TV. Additionally, the great room offers a reading nook with a swivel glider chair and footstool to enjoy a good book or the long lake views. The balcony off of the front of the great room has 2 Muskoka chairs and coffee table, and a large deck off to the side with a BBQ and dining table for 6.
The master bedroom is located in the main floor and features a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and a 4-piece ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone shower and bathtub. The main floor has two additional bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and another with 2 bunk beds. There is a 3-piece bathroom on the main floor with a shower. The lower level features a 75-inch flat screen TV with couch and bean bag chair from which to enjoy movies and sports. It also has a desk area, for those working from home, as well as a 2-piece bathroom and a fourth bedroom with 2 single beds.
There is a walk-out deck off the lower level. Down from the main deck, is a stone patio with a fire pit surrounded by 6 Muskoka chairs. Down from there is a decked walkway and stone steps leading to a single-slip dock and waterside sitting area featuring 2 loungers, 2 Muskoka chairs, coffee table and large umbrella. The cottage is located at the end of a long road from which to enjoy long country walks.

*Septic System*
Please know this cottage has a septic system. This means nothing other than toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Do not flush sanitary products, baby-wipes, diapers, paper towel down any toilet. Kindly place these items in the garbage.
*Noise By-Law*
Please note the Muskoka Lakes Township noise by-law applies between 11 p.m and 7 a.m. and can be enforced for noises which disturb the peace of other residents, including: loud music, engines and shouting. Please be mindful of the noise.
*Outdoor Fires*
There is no daytime burning permitted on Muskoka lakes. It is the guest’s responsibility to check updated fire bans and use only designated fire pit(s). Please ensure you fully extinguish the fire. No fire is to be left unattended at any time. Please avoid having fires on windy days
*Cleaning*
