One bedroom guest suite with a second room for relaxing in, a full bath and your own washer/dryer. Galley kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, smooth top range, microwave, coffeemaker and small dining area, and all the cooking utensils you need. Propane BBQ grill on the deck! Extra soft king size bed feels like sleeping on a cloud! Second room has a reclining loveseat plus a small recliner, a smart TV and small desk. Previous guests, please note that the daybed has been replaced with a loveseat recliner, so there is now not an extra bed in the second room. Knotty pine walls. A dog door allows your pup to visit the fenced yard, which may be shared with other guests' dogs who are staying in the main house. The deck is gated as well, for additional canine containment as desired. Paved parking. Enjoy the cool mountain breezes from your own deck! At an elevation of 6200 feet, this home is tucked into the forest on an acre of pine trees. Just 9 miles from downtown Prescott on paved roads, your guest suite is in a separate building with its own deck overlooking the yard, forest and creek. The 2 buildings are separate by about 40 feet, and the only shared space is the fenced yard. Enjoy watching the deer while you have your coffee or wine. No smoking, fires or candles in the guest suite, or on the premises, please. Your friendly, well-trained dog is more than welcome, but no cats or other pets of any kind. Please let me know when you book what size and breed of dog you may be bringing. Furnace and air conditioner to make sure you are comfortable no matter the weather, plus 3 ceiling fans.
