The 5th arrondissement of Paris is one of the oldest districts, including part of the Latin Quarter, which dates back to Antiquity. The 5th arrondissement is a neighbourhood known for its cultural aspect and many universities. Indeed, there are public institutions such as the Sorbonne, where you can visit the seventeenth-century chapel where the tomb of Cardinal Richelieu rests and many bookstores.
While walking through the Latin Quarter, you will also come across essential sites of Parisian heritage, such as the famous Pantheon dedicated to the memory of the important figures of the nation, the Gallo-Roman baths and the great medieval museum of Cluny, the ancient arenas of Lutetia, the monumental fountain of the famous Place Saint-Michel or the very pleasant Jardin des Plantes.
Along with the Marais, Saint-Germain-des-Prés and Montmartre, the 5th arrondissement is undoubtedly one of the best places for local travellers! This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
