This home is perfectly located in close distance to Manchester's city centre.
The flat is located on the 3rd floor with stair access.
The living room features a cosy sofa, high speed internet and coffee table.
The kitchen is equipped with essential mod-cons including a microwave, kettle, washing machine (it might be a little bit noisy), dryer and a stove-oven.
This flat, located on the top floor has two large beautifully presented double size bedroom complete with comfy mattresses and fresh, hotel quality linen. The rooms are spacious and have ample storage space for your clothing.
The bathroom has recently been refurnished and fitted with a new bathtub, sink and toilet.
You will have access to my entire home during your stay.
My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay.
Located just outside the city center, the neighbourhood can get quite dark at night.

The flat is in a excellent location, you are minutes away from the Manchester Royal Infirmary, Local universalises, the curry mile and the city centre.
The Airport is 15 minutes away by taxi, Old Trafford/ Etihad Stadium around 10 minutes away.
Access to many of Manchester's major bus routes are within a few minutes walk, you can catch the 192 bus every 5 minutes. You can get to City Centre in 5 Minutes by Taxi or 10 minutes by bus. Manchester Piccadilly train station is a few minutes by car.

Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.
Also note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe
Unfortunately, we do not accept any post to be delivered to the property, If you do so, please note we are not responsible for post collection or lost. NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
