The Ship Inn – the well-known 16th Century smugglers inn, is only a stones throw from the house. The village also offers good access to country and riverside walks and some stunning views of the surrounding countryside and river Orwell estuary.
The nearby towns provide further amenities with Felixstowe being approximately 5 miles and Woodbridge approximately 8 miles whilst popular destinations such as Aldeburgh, Southwold and Snape Maltings are all within easy reach.
