Positive: Just about everything inside the tower - including security guard. Very quiet for the most part. - Except occasional screaming kids or some billiardball numbskull talking after midnight.
Negative: 1) Rental owner/manager needs to state EXACT name of the tower and floor, the room is located, after you book the room. Luckily, just as we were about to drive past as according to Bookingcom directions in the app, I had my Uber driver call the person named: Zuleika. They stated where the place was, then my Uber driver made a u-turn and the tower was actually just 500 feet on the righthand side. If I not had my Uber driver call, he could have driven - who knows how much out of the way! 2) They have a nice size refrigerator (but oftentimes, sounds like a drill or waspnest buzzing when its cycling). Also, a large table with 2 chairs, but no stove, heating appliance/burner, microwave, etc. to cook food in. Nor do they supply any dishware, utensils, pans, cookware, etc. I guess they figure they'll get you halfway there and you bring the rest! 3) They put a lot of their used, noisy, junk furnishings they'd used or picked-up prior into their rental units (Airbnb does also) for guests to use. You're paying good money for used, barely or somewhat functional furniture/appliances. 4) Ca$h only. I suppose for the price, people can't say much. However, I prefer using my credit card nearly all the time instead of fumbling money currencies in a foreign country. Of course they handle usd currency, sure. But again, I prefer a small credit card rather than shuffling $-paper/bills
