Everything you need is all right here at our spacious house that’s fully equipped for 30+ days. We have guests that book 30 days just to stay with us 🎉! We stay booked regularly so book in advance and grab your spot. Many times renting my beautifully updated home for a 30 day stay is a smarter deal than renting other properties for less days. 🎉 And our home is incredibly spacious. It’s like renting 2 homes for the price of 1!
One upstairs and one downstairs.. Our reviews for this property which could be helpful when considering where to book, say it all… 5 Stars! We have already rented to 9 groups in the last 12 months from 30-60 days each group. I’ve personally really enjoyed offering 30-60 days at a time because I get to meet my guests and then my guests never want to leave! Ha!
“Poseidon’s Place” is situated within the coveted Golf Cart District with quick access to East Beach, Front Beach, Ocean Springs Harbor, Downtown Ocean Springs & the Gulf Islands National Seashore. This pristine home features four bedrooms (two with en suite baths), two comfortable living areas & an in ground saltwater pool with poolside chaises. Located in a quiet hamlet. Just 10 minutes to the Biloxi casinos.

Our spacious and luxurious 4 bedroom home has 2 master suites - one upstairs & one downstairs, each with its own private full bath & patio access (one suite exits directly to the pool area & the other exits to the upstairs deck). How great is that?

This versatile home has 3-1/2 baths, 2 living areas & a coffee & wine bar & wine fridge. (It’s so nice) Having 2 separate living areas is one of the great amenities that makes this house so appealing. One group can hang out downstairs & watch TV on the large sectional (or whatever they want to do) while the others have their own space to do what they want in the upstairs living room. Tons of space to spread out while still keeping everyone in the same house!
While many Ocean Springs listings are located in remote unincorporated areas of O.S our home is located within the coveted Golf Cart District (you can easily rent a golf cart or bicycles from local businesses). Our home is just over 1/2 mile from sandy East Beach and within easy bike, golf cart, or driving distance to everything else Historic Ocean Springs has to offer — without ever seeing a traffic light! Check the labeled map in our photos for a detailed orientation. This home is in Golfcart range to everything that downtown Ocean Springs has to offer if that tells you anything about how close we are to it all! Oh wait… did I mention the huge in ground saltwater POOL in the backyard?😱
Our home is split level, and upon entering you’ll be met by 2 sets of stairs — one leading up & the other leading down. If you have small, curious & under 2 years old little ones… this may not be the home for you. Lots of stairs & deep water.
Upstairs you’ll find a beautiful & spacious kitchen area, an adjoining dining area with 6 chairs (2 extra benches are stowed if more seating is needed), a living area with a comfy sofa, one master suite, and two additional bedrooms. Also upstairs are 2 luxurious full bathrooms - one privately serving the master suite, and the other with common access. In addition to the upstairs master suite, the two additional upstairs bedrooms provide one queen bed in one bedroom, and two singles in the other. An outdoor deck with patio seating for 4 is accessible from the kitchen/dining area and the upstairs master suite.
Downstairs is almost another home in itself! You’ll find a very spacious living area with an oversized plush sectional sofa and a 55 inch smart TV (you can access and enjoy your own subscriptions through apps such as Netflix, Amazon, etc.). A wine bar is there for your use, and a 1/2 bathroom serves the common area downstairs for everyone’s convenience. Last, but definitely not least, the downstairs master suite is spacious and plush, with its own en suite bathroom and 55 inch smart TV. The downstairs master suite overlooks the huge saltwater pool and has its own private access to the pool area.
Should you need to do work and want some quiet time, we have created a dedicated workspace downstairs that includes a spot away from others, a desk, a chair, desk lamp & wall outlets.
Downstairs you’ll also find a washer/drier for basic washing/drying needs. Please shake out sandy towels & clothes outside the back door before putting in washing machine.
The backyard is completely fenced in for total privacy, and you’ll find chaise lounges on the pool deck for catching rays or just relaxing (up to 6 chaises are available and will be placed in advance based on reserved occupancy).
Please note :
-The home has a fireplace, but it’s not operational and must be left alone for decoration only.
- Exterior security cameras cover the front entrance to the home, the driveway, and all access gates to the backyard for everyone's safety and security. NO cameras record inside the home or anywhere around the outdoor pool area — those areas are your fully private spaces. We do not monitor the security cameras unless a concern is brought to our attention. (This is our home and we have always had security cameras even though the neighborhood is quiet and safe.)
- Our beautiful saltwater pool is large and very deep at the end : 8 feet.
We take pool safety very seriously. You’ll find pool safety equipment in the pool area to be used in case of emergency only. We’ve attached a floating rope across the width of the pool to separate the wading area from the deep areas. Never rely on this or any other safety device as a substitute for close supervision of children or non swimmers. It goes without saying that pools can be very dangerous and most pool tragedies occur in an instant. No one should ever swim alone. Please also note that our pool is NOT HEATED — so if you’re visiting during cold weather, you may not be able to fully enjoy this amenity; on the other hand, if you enjoy swimming in the Great Lakes, the Adirondacks, or similar cryogenic environments, you may not be deterred:)
- We are not liable/responsible for any injuries caused at the pool whether it’s your fault or not.
- We provide a charcoal outdoor grill but you must provide your own charcoal and no meals or events are permitted in the pool area.
Guest access:
-Our large driveway can accommodate 4+ cars. The driveway is steep, so please proceed slowly and with caution while pulling in and out, ESPECIALLY if your vehicle has low ground clearance (approaching the driveway at an angle can mitigate this challenge). Please understand that we cannot be responsible for any damage to vehicles caused by this issue.
-Guests have exclusive access to the entire property with the exception of the garage.
