Summary: Check in was fine. Arrived on Wednesday, stayed through Sunday. Television was horrible, constantly froze in place. Reported it and was told it does freeze. We watch television shows so that was awful. Room was not cleaned on Friday. Removed bed sheets from sleeper sofa because we found an item in the sheets, I had my granddaughter with me, so wanted the sheets changed,. They made up the king, not the sleeper. Shower was never cleaned. The hair from shampooing Wednesday night was still there through Friday. until we removed it. Wasn't a good experience. Breakfast was good with a lot of options.
