Bathed in north easterly sunlight, you'll love coming home to this authentic beach house with contemporary influences offering an attractive opportunity for families seeking luxury and comfort in resort style surroundings.
The home is on 920 sq metres of perfectly flat land and consists of 5 bedrooms, 5 bath rooms, 3 living areas, a separate study and a large covered alfresco area with an outdoor kitchen and comfortable 4 seater day bed.. The large front verandah where you can sit and watch the world go by is soaked in sun all day.
The Balinese style pool retreat is framed by tropical gardens, providing resort style ambiance including a cabana, sheltered day bed and a relaxing hot tub. Next to the pool is a games room with table tennis and gym equipment as well as a 65-inch TV and Bose sound bar (bluetooth your favourite music). This separate accommodation includes a queen size sofa bed (innerspring) and bathroom.
There is a large inground trampoline for the young and young at heart and an outside table and chairs with seating for 8. There are two extra fridges as well as a vintec wine fridge.
The main house with several living areas ensures each resident can enjoy some space of their own. The 4-metre-wide entrance which includes a lounge and 65 inch frame TV, leads onto the contemporary kitchen which is sure to inspire the master chef. The large internal laundry is fully equiped with indoor wall drying racks and brand-new washing machine and dryer. The main lounge room opens fully to extend into the alfresco area & has a 55-inch smart TV with a Bose sound bar. This makes the large open entertaining area perfect to relax and reconnect.
Only a short walk (around 400metres) to the newly built Mona Vale surf club which has a cafe, restaurant & bar. Mona Vale golf club is also a mere 1 kilometre away. Conveniently located in walking distance to Peninsula/CBD + North Shore public transport, delight in the convenience of being in close proximity to Mona Vale Shopping Village, cafes, coastal walks north and south and the nautical playground of Pittwater. The famous Newport Arms Hotel is only a 5-minute drive away where you can sit overlooking the yachts.
